Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator - Region EMEA & APAC will join the sales team that is responsible for all the sales and business development activities, to connect with organizations interested in changing their cultures and mindsets through a Fuckup Nights experience. This full-time remote position will report directly to the Enterprise Manager and is ideally based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa. Contracting is as a Service Provider.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process: Identity, qualify, propose, negotiate & close sales opportunities
- Implement account management strategies to nurture existing pipeline and current partners
- Build custom sales presentations and quotes
- Keep up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and accounts in our CRM system
- Follow and manage your sales pipeline in our CRM. Provide regular updates to your team about funnel
- Follow up on customer quotes and give an exceptional customer service experience
- Have an in-depth understanding of all company products and services
- Keep customers up-to-date with product-related information and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Close collaboration with our Coordination team to deliver the best possible service tailored to each customer
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement and commit to monthly targets.
- Analyze data to improve lead generation and sales processes
Requirements:
- Prior experience of 2-3 years within B2B Sales, preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment
- Competitive and results-focused, understanding of KPIs and driven to smash targets.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. German is desirable.
- Demonstrated excellence in presentation skills with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
- You are organized and like to provide great customer service.
- Collaborative with the ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail and seeks excellence in the work you do
- Open to new ideas and feedback. Constantly looking to improve and learn.
