We are looking for a new Ukrainian colleague in our Contact Center, in Iași.

How you will contribute:  

• Providing support and guidance, by phone/e-mail for existing and potential customers, in accordance with the range of available products; 
• Correctly identifying all data, including contractual documents related to BCR products / services; 
• Managing all documents received from customers in order to complete the sales process; 
• Participating in achieving team goals, by meeting individual goals. 

What will help you be successful:  

• Romanian or English advanced level and fluent in Ukrainian; 
• Customer orientation and the ability to quickly find solutions; 
• Ability to concentrate and listen actively; 
• PC operating skills (knowing the MS Office package is an advantage);
• Previous experience in a call center or similar activity is an advantage. 

Salary: 2,935 RON net (8 hours schedule) / 2,244 RON net (6 hours schedule) / 1,528 RON net (4 hours schedule).
