We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO of IT company. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach.

 This job needs someone who can handle many tasks well and remain professional.



Key responsibilities


You'll be the go-to person between the CEO and the Team. 

You'll help handle emails, schedule meetings, and manage the CEO’s calendar like a pro.

Keep documents in order – whether they're on a computer or in a filing cabinet. When something's needed, you'll have it ready in a flash.

Keep track of expenses, sort out invoices.

You'll handle private info with care. Think of it like being the keeper of secrets – the professional kind.

You possess a valid driver's license and have experience in driving. 

You are capable of coordinating household tasks and are comfortable dealing with a kid.

Make friends with clients, colleagues, and others. You'll be the friendly face representing the CEO and the company.

You have great knowledge in German, English (Ukrainian will be a plus)
