We are looking for a proactive visionary Digital Marketing Operations Manager to lead and oversee multiple interconnected projects, ensuring seamless execution across content creation, social media, lead generation and website management. This role is critical in driving our digital marketing initiatives end to end creating synergies between teams and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong management expertise, a result oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple high impact projects simultaneously.

💪 What you’ll be responsible for:
Account Based Marketing
Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies
Identify and target key accounts to drive engagement and revenue growth
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align ABM initiatives with overall business goals.
LinkedIn Growth Hacking
Implement growth hacking techniques to increase LinkedIn engagement and follower base.
Optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages for maximum visibility
Create and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive lead generation
Automation Software
Utilize various automation software to utilize marketing operations and workflow
Monitor and analyse performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Identify and target key accounts to drive engagement and revenue growt

- Proven experience in Digital Marketing Operations & ABM.
- A deep-space understanding of LinkedIn algorithms & engagement hacks.
- Strong experience in email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Previous experience working with Dripify Software (or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills

🌟 About the role:
You will be trialed on basic tasks to begin with and once we see you have what it takes, you will be promoted to full-time position You will be working directly with, and reporting to the Founder and COO.
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 USD
To note, if you are selected for an interview, you will be required to complete a trial task as part of the hiring process.
