Job description

• Greet and escort guests to meals
• Present the menu and provide detailed information when requested (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
• Prepare and clear tables
• Inform guests of the day's promotions
• Provide menu recommendations on request
• Take guest orders and serve food and drink orders
• Communicate order details to kitchen staff
• Participate in daily meetings with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes, etc.
• Comply with HACCP legislation
