About the job role
As our new Human Resources Manager, you will be working closely with our foreign employees on all levels providing full scope of HR processes by:
- managing and evaluating end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes
- conducting regular one-to-one meetings with the employees
- maintaining performance and salary review processes
- monitoring the work of employees through a time tracking system
- maintaining a database of employees within BambooHR system
- providing staff satisfaction and loyalty assessments
- reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
- addressing employees’ issues
- supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
You will a team consisting of 5 members (excluding the Recruitment department)
- HR People Partner
- HR Operations Manager
- HR Project Manager
- HR Assistant
- HR Director
We are waiting for you in our team if you have:
- 3+ years of progressive work experience in a medium/large -sized companies
- experience with State Labor Laws - is a must
- at least Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
- experience with HR Tools (BambooHR preferably)
- experience in managing remote teams
We will treat it as a bonus if you have:
- HRCI Certification
- Degree in Psychology / Management
