Unison products are available in Bebe Tei, Farmacia Tei, Sezamo, Dr. Max, Ototo, and in over 100 partner locations such as grocery shops and cafés. We also sell through our online store, delivering across Romania and to 12 other European countries.

In 2023, Unison was the first food business to receive investment through the SeedBlink platform and is supported by angel investors who guide us in growing the company.

We’re now in a scaling phase, and operational efficiency is essential for expanding into major retail chains in Romania and beyond. We’re looking for an agile person to join us in this mission.

Job Description

• Manage orders from Shopify, email, and WhatsApp;
• Issue invoices for both B2B clients and online orders using SmartBill;
• Generate shipping labels (AWBs) in xConnect for couriers (Cargus, Curiera, Same Day, Packeta);
• Prepare orders (pick products, pack boxes, use protective materials, seal boxes, attach AWBs, schedule pick-ups with couriers or logistics providers, ensure delivery);
• Manage inventory and ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, and supplies;
• Place orders with suppliers via their websites or designated contacts;
• Administer the online store: update stock, add/edit products, update prices;
• Identify discrepancies and adjust inventory data;
• Generate production reports in SmartBill based on daily production;
• Create specific reports and analyses for the finance department or management;
• Answer customer-related calls and resolve issues related to their orders;
• Ensure the workspace operates smoothly.

About You

• You’re dynamic, responsible, well-organized, eager to learn, a team player, detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable;
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Previous experience in a food production environment is a plus;
• You speak and understand English at a medium to advanced level;
• Familiarity with SmartBill (billing and inventory management software) is a plus.

Work Schedule

8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Unison's production site: Calea Dorobanți 172–178, basement level.
