Your mission: You will develop new features for one of the key components of our end-to-end automation platform while working with a diverse range of technologies. Our platform combines leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions with a full suite of capabilities and techs like AI, Process Mining, and Cloud to enable every organization to rapidly scale digital business operations.

Responsibilites:

• As a Senior Software Engineer you will collaborate with the engineering team and product managers to design, engineer and operate cloud services, components and areas of the product,
• You will be accountable for the software deliverables to meet all requirements of quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, testability etc.
• You will help establish effective and agile engineering practices across our engineering teams.
• You will help hire and recruit technical talent and ensure our technical deliverables meet the customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience coding in one or more high level programming languages (C#, C, C++, Python, Rust etc.) and a willingness to learn new ones
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns
• Very good grasp of multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous programming
• Knowledge of basic data structures (list, vector, stack, heap), basic algorithms (sort, search, etc.) and associated time/memory complexity

Nice to have

• Programming experience with .NET framework, C#
• Windows API knowledge, COM, ATL
• An advanced grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS
• Cloud ecosystems experience
• Strong knowledge of browser APIs / performance
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with Windows Presentation Foundation
