DataForce by TransPerfect is looking for Quality Assurance Specialists with idiomatic fluency in Ukrainian to work on our Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) Project.

Role Responsibilities 

Review audio transcriptions and ensure that they comply with our project guidelines and quality requirements.

Candidates must have excellent knowledge of spelling, accentuation, and punctuation rules, according to the Ukrainian language grammar.

Selected candidates will receive detailed guidelines and training before joining the project.

Job requirements

• Idiomatic fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Ability to communicate in English (both written and oral communications).
• Previous experience with transcription or QA is preferred.
• Availability to attend our paid Qualification Training for 2 weeks (10 working days, 4 hours per day).
• Availability of minimum 20 hours per week after the Qualification Training, if selected.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and follow guidelines and receive instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate on shared documents.
• Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection.
• Available PC (Windows 8 or later version) or Mac (Big Sur or later version) is a requirement in order to use the transcription tool.
• Headset and private and secure work environment.

Additional information on the Qualification Training:

• After pre-selection, candidates will be required to attend the Qualification Training for 2 weeks (10 working days, 4 hours per day).
• Passing the Qualification Training and scoring a minimum of 95% accuracy in our final policy quiz are the prerequisites to be selected to participate in the project.
• Please note that training progress will be monitored and candidates who do not meet the training requirements or quality standards may be asked to discontinue with the training and thus with the project. The hours spent on training will be compensated.
