What you will do

Managing the availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of services by engineering reliability into software and systems, 

Responding and resolving emergent service problems; building tools and automation to prevent problem recurrence, 

Reviewing and influencing new and evolving design, architecture, standards, and methods for operating services and systems, 

Participating in software and system performance analysis and tuning, service capacity planning, and demand forecasting

What you should have

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Hands-on experience managing web and large-scale AWS cloud environments.

Experience with Packer / Terraform.

Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.

Strong knowledge of Linux Administration and Docker Containers

Having development experience (Bash, Ansible, Python, etc).

Having experience in analysing and investigating network and system issues, 

Knowledge of networking concepts such as OSI Model, LAN/WAN, Firewall, Loadbalancing, VPN and TCP/IP protocols and applications, 

Measurement, monitoring, optimisation, and tuning of system performance and ensuring that systems will run reliably and are highly available in a 24/7 production environment.

Basic knowledge of the regulatory framework related to IT processes (ITIL, etc.) and to cyber security (standards and frameworks, such as PCI DSS and ISO27001 etc.)

Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 

Recognising and understanding emotions of other people, 

Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility, 

Building collaboration, 

Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

Proficiency with both Linux and Windows operating systems.

Ability to learn and absorb new technologies quickly.
