We are looking for our new Recruitment Leader, to come to put their innovation and ideas to sustain the growth of our company and of our recruitment experts team. If you want to join a fun team and develop yourself as a true intrapreneur.

What will you do?

You will be managing end-to-end recruitment processes from defining job specifications, drafting job ads, sourcing and screening resumes to conducting interviews (face-to-face or by phone).

You will take part in defining and implementing recruitment strategies with our Business Managers.

You will prepare and present candidates' evaluation reports and develop business partnerships with our numerous clients in Romania and abroad, promoting the TMC brand and unique Employeneurship model.

You have:

An academic background in psychology, human resources, business management or a related field.

A first full-cycle recruiting experience.

Verbal and oral fluency in English (additional knowledge of Romania, French or German would be a plus).

Strong communication, organization and persuasion skills.

You are able to prioritize efficiently and autonomously.

Some knowledge about the IT industry would be an advantage.
