Night Club is a transformational engagement programme developed by The Liminal Space that brings sleep researchers together with night shift workers and employers to create a better and healthier working experience. Since its inception in 2018, Night Club has directly engaged over 5,000 employees across 25 sites in the UK and reached 100,000+ virtually.
We have a pipeline of exciting opportunities to bring Night Club to night shift workers across a number of industries including retail, logistics, transportation, and healthcare in order to support their sleep health and mental health. This includes delivery of Night Club as part of our new Urban Health grant-funded project in Lambeth and Southwark, alongside commercially funded projects across the UK and, potentially, internationally.
We are looking for a Project & Operations Coordinator who can ensure every project is delivered brilliantly on time and on budget. You will be reporting directly to the Night Club Project Manager and working alongside our friendly collaborative and committed team of thinkers and doers. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our work reaches, engages and empowers people.
Essential:
- 2+ years experience coordinating events/exhibitions/ conferences/ festivals logistics
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent English communication and listening skills
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety/Risk Assessment methods
- Administrative skills inc. budgeting (good knowledge of Google Suite, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office, Zoom)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, flexible and dynamic work environment that requires initiative and taking direction
Desirable:
- Experience with organising practical 3D build/installations
- Experience with digital design software ie. Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator
- Experience with digital and social media marketing and communications tools
- Experience with transportation logistics
- Experience in B2B sales
- Passionate about creating social change and increasing public awareness of health and wellbeing

Job Description
Planning
- Reporting directly to the Night Club project manager on all aspects of the project
- Coordinating and managing operations and logistics for install/ deinstall of Night Club pop-up and programme delivery
- Updating, tracking and managing project budgets and project plans
- Preparing necessary paperwork for installations eg. risk assessments and method statements, transportation logistics
- Drafting delivery schedules in line with specific client staffing needs/ rotas
- Coordinating Night Club programme schedule and team, inc. booking travel, with oversight from PM
- General admin responsibilities
Production
- Liaising with The Liminal Space design team to keep project and design deliverables on time and budget
- Placing and receiving orders for exhibition materials eg. posters, lighting, electrics, physical assets
- Assembling physical assets for client delivery and workshops
- Keeping detailed records of project stock and Night Club pop up/exhibition contents
- Keeping internal team and freelancers updated and on plan
Live delivery
- Reporting to and liaising with Night Club PM to ensure smooth delivery
- Engaging with participants onsite and ensuring they have a great end-to-end experience of the event
- Visiting sites to assess suitability and liaise with prospective clients
- Onsite for set up and delivery
- Managing build/install assistants and coordinating install with clients
- Scheduling, communicating with and coordinating facilitators
- Liaising with clients to coordinate programme participation and scheduling
- Capturing evaluation data and participant feedback
- Ensure effective delivery of client’s internal communication plan
