For a government service, we are urgently looking to hire new colleagues with the language's skills: Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, or Georgian (native speakers).
Our new colleagues will be part of an international inbound project through which we offer pre – diplomatic consultancy in different countries of the world.
Responsibilities:
• Receiving and handling customer requests by emails, chats, and phone calls.
• Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Processing and documentation of the customer experience.
• Collecting complete information in order to escalate complex issues.
• Contributing to the development of the internal knowledge base.
