Job Type: Part-Time (Approximately 2-3 recruitments per month, with potential for increased workload as needed)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team remotely. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the recruitment process for both Ukrainian and US-based candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and be capable of identifying top talent across various roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Flexibility to manage recruitment activities during California business hours when required.
- Meet monthly recruitment targets (2-3 individuals per month) and be prepared to scale efforts if necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruiting role.
- Proficiency in English (Minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools.
