Your mission
→ Take control of our spectral sensor and custom automation projects. → Design and implement the software to control a spectral sensor, including existing embedded systems (Intel® RealSenseTM + FLIR camera systems). → Help to integrate the sensor into custom automation solutions and drive the development of the embedded components to improve imaging speed and capabilities. → Perform first pre-processing steps on the sensor to reduce bandwidth requirement and fully utilize the onboard computing powers. → Bridge the gap from the sensor to S3 buckets. → Travel the world to help us set-up the system and make simplified plant production a reality.
Your skills
| Proven work experience in Software Engineering | Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on hardware systems | Solid programming experience in C or C++ | Love for Ubuntu and scripts | Git and documenting the code comes naturally | Joy in improving hardware systems | Hunting down and exterminating errors | A plus are experiences with Intel Realsense and Flir cameras, CAN protocol and/or embedded software | Experience with OpenCV and Sensor Fusion is a huge bonus
