Soter Analytics is a 5-year old start-up company HQ’d in London with the primary operational office in Tallinn and teams in the US & Australia, and is helping customers across Europe, UK, the US, and Australia.
Soter is quickly developing in many sectors like Logistics, Aeronautics, Mining, Retail, and Pharma/Chemical. The company recently received Series-A financing and will grow the team from 35 people to over 70 in the next 12-months.
Soter has a flexible working arrangement - our team finds that spending 2-days a week in the office is good but some do more, some do less, and some are not located near an office and work fully remotely.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Recruitment & Human Resources Manager main purpose will be to support the growth in personnel as we double our team size in less than 12-months. The two main objectives will be to fill the positions but also to have low churn - Soter has created a workplace that values all team members and does not have many people leave for other opportunities.
New hires will be across Estonia, UK, US, Australia. About half the new hires will be in the sales & marketing teams with the other half being R&D.
This role will be suited to someone who wants to grow their career extremely quickly.
Main Duties
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process
- Overseeing staff attendance, holiday and absence monitoring
- Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination
- Contributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand and hiring strategy
Experience
- Strong recruitment experience
- Excellent communication & writing skills in English
- Knowledge of Russian will be a plus
- Experience of working in an international operation (dealing with international colleagues/offices)
