As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcoming guests upon their arrival
• Informing guests about wait times and managing the waiting list
• Handling reservations and managing bookings
• Guiding customers to their tables in the restaurant or bar
• Providing menus and introducing the Waiter/Waitress assigned to the table
• Offering a fond farewell to guests as they leave
• Coordinating with catering staff regarding table availability and layout
• Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and inviting
• Providing special attention to guests with additional needs
• Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries
• Supporting catering staff as needed
