Responsibilities:
- Constructing formwork for structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and walls made of reinforced concrete.
- Assembling prefabricated elements that make up the structural framework of multi-story buildings.
- Installing wooden flooring, including plank floors, parquet from various types of wood (beech, oak), and laminated parquet sheets.
- Constructing and installing truss-type roofs.
- Performing monolithic works.
- Selecting and using appropriate materials for formwork construction.
- Efficiently transporting necessary materials to the worksite.
- Temporarily assembling formwork panels to identify any discrepancies.
- Precisely completing formwork and correctly installing formwork for openings.
- Anchoring formwork responsibly to ensure its stability on all sides.
- Dismantling formwork after verifying the concrete has hardened properly.
- Installing prefabricated walls according to the execution plan while respecting maximum allowable deviations.
- Ensuring the correct positioning of prefabricated walls with support devices as per the execution plan.
- Performing monolithic panel works, including formwork installation and removal, in accordance with the execution plan.
- Checking floor levelness against the construction plan and ensuring proper assembly of elements according to control procedures.
- Executing correct and appropriate joint connections of structural components per the execution plan.
- Checking the verticality, horizontality, and angles of roof elements in accordance with the execution plan.
- Securing and installing roofing materials as specified in the execution plan.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in carpentry and reinforced concrete work (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting technical plans.
- Ability to work in a team and adhere to safety regulations.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Capability to work at heights and in construction site conditions.
- Availability for extended hours if necessary.
