Prestigious, and fast-growing Global Professional Services firm are offering an amazing opportunity for those who are ambitious, motivated payroll professionals who are willing and interested in developing a career in all aspects of Global Payroll Services.The perfect candidate will be working full time, as part of the co-ordination team, to deliver payroll services to small, medium and large multinational companies across the globe.This great position is hybrid, so it will allow candidates to work a hybrid from an amazing office in either Dublin or Cork. 

Main responsibilities:

Co-ordinating the delivery of client payroll processing, working in conjunction with our member firm payroll teamsInvestigation and resolution of payroll issues utilising the international network, to obtain and co-ordinate solutions to client queries as well as supporting short term client engagements, payroll audits and staff shortagesWorking together with the implementation team to on-board new clients through their payroll transitionWorking on projects to improve service delivery for the clients using automation and process improvementOnsite and offsite client payroll support with end-to-end processing of domestic and international payroll

What we need from you:

Proven track record in a payroll position with an intention to pursue a great career in international payrollExcellent Microsoft Office skills, including strong Excel skillsHigh level of attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility confidentialityAbility to learn, and keeping up with new developmentsMulti-task, problem solve and thrive under pressure

Desirable skills:

Exposure to international and high-volume payrollsKnowledge of end-to-end payroll processing including benefits administration, share based remuneration, statutory payroll regulations and payroll journal entriesExperience in automation projects
