We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Operator - Advanced English (Iasi Office) to join our office located in Iasi.
This is an entry-level position which comes with the opportunity of being promoted as an Key Account Specialist!
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken & written English is mandatory!
- Great communicational and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency with MS Office, phone systems, emails; Ability to multi-task, to meet deadlines, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs;
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;
- Ability to work with different categories of people; Logical thinking, memory, analysis and synthesis capacity;
- Experience in working on multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Enthusiasm and team player;
- Logistics experience is a plus but also fast learning ability.
Job description:
- Available to work from Monday to Friday 14:00-22:30 (8 hours and 30 min "lunch");
- Make sure that all documents are received and validated within the agreed time frame;
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for the client;
- Prioritize tasks according with their level of urgency and importance;
- Ensure that all the deadlines are met;
- Actively participate in training sessions and meetings;
- Operate in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment with full control and responsibility of achieving business objectives;
- Develop original ideas or solutions to improve the workflow;
- Ability to work in teams and ultimately focus on delivering results with high standards;
- Internal system/internal software operating-processing data.
