1. Cleaning Agents (4 positions)

Responsibilities:

• Performing general cleaning and maintenance activities in various locations (offices, commercial spaces, private residences)
• Using and maintaining cleaning equipment
• Adhering to safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborating efficiently with the team to ensure the best results for clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory
• Attention to detail and seriousness
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and availability for variable working hours
• Residence permit and work permit in Romania (if applicable)

1. Cleaning Operations Manager (1 position)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and supervising daily cleaning activities
• Managing the cleaning team and task allocation
• Ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met
• Managing cleaning resources and equipment
• Effective communication with clients and prompt problem resolution
• Monitoring team performance and implementing improvement measures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing cleaning operations or a similar role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions
• Good resource management knowledge
• Residence permit and work permit in Romania (if applicable)
