Obligatory requirements:

• Very good writing and speaking in English (Romanian would be a plus)
• University degree
• Good computer skills

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone and email reservation requests
• Sending personalized offers for events or groups
• Using the reservation system and HMS
• Verifying the rooms before check-in
• Checking-in and -out guests
• Producing and transmitting the daily report to the kitchen and house-keeping departments
• Informing the guests about the property, the activities and the area
• Reserving local activities on behalf of the guests
• Adding-up bills and taking credit card or cash payments
• Being the main point of contact for the guests
• Periodically reporting to the hotel manager
