Responsabilities:
· Provide interpretation during individual interviews and group counselling sessions or activities in Save the Children Hubs.
· Translate and develop information materials for children and adolescents on the move and their families (legal, protection, access to basic services, prevention of trafficking situations, etc.).
· Provide relevant information to children, adolescents and their families in transit in first-line reception spaces.
. Assess new information needs and implement outreach strategies to reach children, adolescents and families in transit areas.
· Refer potential risk situations to Save the Children Social Workers and Psychologists.
· Secure mutual understanding between the staff and children, adolescents, and families, giving adequate attention to main diversities as regards culture, traditions, religion, gender, gender identity and sexual orientation. Ensure that the overall communication processes are carried out in an appropriate manner and a child-friendly register.
· Other related activities, as required.

The Area Manager / Protection Coordinator
Requirements:
· Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and Romanian or English (required).

· Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with natural ability to show empathy.
