1. Maximize sales opportunities and identify new business opportunities for mutual benefit.
2. Responsible for overseeing the process from order to installation and after sales service to ensure service delivery within expectations.
3. Co-responsible for the continuous development of the key account relationships and achievement of sales targets / budget set for appointed region / market / projects.
4. Follow up of all accounts eg customers - attending to their enquiries and quotation requests and submission, follow up on Purchase Order, sales and installation requirements, delivery, machines installation, spares parts, invoicing, payment collection, regular visits and correspondences, payment collection, and any other sales related tasks.
5. Promote/Create Marketing events for casino’s new machine launching.
