Responsibilities:


  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Train, coach, and lead the Sales Team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by reaching out to potential clients either via email, phone, or visiting them at their location
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned partners, delegate tasks to team members, and set deadlines
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Keep records of client transactions, prepare sales reports


Requirements:


  • Professional working proficiency in English & Russian and Latvian languages
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Managerial skills and multitasking ability
  • 2 - 3 years of working experience in selling services and solutions and customer consulting
  • Understanding client needs and pains, being able to identify internal champion and his drivers, make an offer based on client needs.
  • Knowledge about iGaming companies gained through work experience, cooperation, or partnership.
  • Highly developed communication skills - ability to talk to C-level people.
  • Experience in managing Sales Team
