Job Description: As a Spa Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa and delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. Your responsibilities may include:

Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival

Providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention

Assisting therapists with treatment preparations and maintaining treatment rooms

Managing spa bookings and appointments

Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the spa facilities

Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for wellness and hospitality

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Previous experience in a spa or customer service role is preferred but not required
