Job description:

• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Participates in defining the product strategy and roadmap (roadmap planning, evaluating problems, exploring potential solutions)
• Analyze consumer needs and current market trends
• Work closely with Tech Leads and Product Owners identifying data and functional requirements in the design of new/enhanced systems
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with the development team and Stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project
• Provide product support for the Team members and ensure adherence to requirements
• Elicits and decomposes business requirements into platform requirements and user stories
• Provide business knowledge and technical support for requirement development
• Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of the gambling industry and/or online payment systems
• 3+ years of experience in a product management in an applicable development activity
• 3+ years of experience in software development (tech industry) (SaaS)/web development/ e-commerce industry, subscription billing / payments
• Proven track record of defining and driving to launch successful products
• Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation and management ideally focused on online products, eCommerce SaaS and payments related projects
• Strong understanding of Product metrics and data-driven decision making
• Ability to breakdown problems and prioritize accordingly based on company’s strategy
• Self Starter: demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player: A creative problem solver who inspires innovation across the entire team and enjoys working with other talented Product Managers to solve complex problems
• User-Experience Minded: Doesn't design apps in a vacuum but thinks about how they fit into people's lives and real-world contexts. UX background a plus
• Obsessive About Detail: Has an eye for details and an understanding of how they can affect the quality and understandability of an experience. Won't ship a bad experience but also knows when perfection is the enemy of the good
• Strong Communicator: Excellent at presenting, communicating with a strong bias for building strong relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders
• Values Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Product management, business or related field from a top universities. MBA or technical Master's degree preferred
• Technical background necessary
• Online Casino/Sports Betting industry knowledge / previous exposure would be a plus
