• MS Office user (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Knowledge in the field of design, analytical thinking, ability to synthesize and detail

• Knowledge of technical regulations and specific legislation in force

• Ability to work with tools specific to assisted design, space vision, and technical sense

Job description

• Designer architect with experience in residential, office, and industrial projects

• Professional experience between 4 and 8 years

Responsibilities

• Elaboration of the design theme according to the client's request, under the guidance of the project manager / senior hierarchical architect and the experienced staff within the company

• Elaboration of the necessary architectural studies to establish the optimal architectural solutions both from an architectural point of view and considering the related specialties, Structural engineering, MEP engineering, exteriors, in permanent coordination with the hierarchically superior architect

• Evaluation of the working hypotheses considering the standards and norms in force, the technical specifications from the design theme, in permanent coordination with the related specialties, the Structural engineering, MEP engineering, exteriors respectively the hierarchically superior architect

• Elaboration of all written and drawn pieces to issue urban planning permits and certificates, in permanent coordination with the related specialties, the Structural engineering, MEP engineering, exteriors, respectively the hierarchically superior architect.

• Development of parts for the design phases of D.T.A.C., P.Th., D.E. respectively Post-Execution, in permanent coordination with the related specialties, the Structural engineering, MEP engineering, exteriors respectively the hierarchically superior architect

• Development of written parts in the design phases of D.T.A.C., P.Th., D.E., and Post-Execution, in permanent coordination with the related specialties, the Structural engineering, MEP engineering, exteriors, respectively the hierarchically superior architect

• Presentation of the documentation (written & drawn parts) to the project verifiers and its technical support, permanent collaboration with the verification specialists and experts appointed by the client or the general contractor to verify the quality of the design works according to the requirements provided in the legislation. permanent coordination with the superior hierarchical architect

• Elaboration in the execution phase of the design notes and of the site dispositions at the request of the client or the general contractor, following the modifications that appeared during the construction works, in permanent coordination with the related specialties, Structural engineering, MEP engineering, exteriors, respectively the hierarchical architect higher

• Participation in the design phase at the design and project coordination meetings, at the request of the client or the general contractor, in permanent coordination with the hierarchically superior architect
