We try to keep as simple as possible our process. Mainly we select relevant candidates and contact them by phone or video call. If you pass this step we propose you for projects where you can fit. We get a feedback from project responsibles and setup a video call. After this we get a go no go feedback and a budget. If everything is ok we go to do the papers.
