We have an international client looking for a new client relationship manager.
Responsibilities
- Identify new clients, build meaningful relationships and make an assessment of shared interests. Collaborate with other teams in the company to develop engagement plans to fulfil client objectives.
- Lead generation and lead development.
- Work with a diverse range of stakeholders. Adapt personal style according to different situations, target audiences and objectives.
- Carefully manage time, set objectives, check progress against deliverables, and be resilient in the face of setbacks. Manage multiple clients at once.
- Demonstrate creativity in identifying new opportunities to build relationships with clients. Enthusiastic and a willing to learn.
Requirements
- Native Russian speaker with professional English. Strong written and verbal communications skills in Russian and English are essential.
- Relevant Bachelors or Masters degree, or relevant commercial experience [at least two years] in sales, marketing, PR or client management.
- A proven track record of building strong, trusting relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Is comfortable working independently and in a team.
- Is focused on results, enjoys developing new lines of business and is curious about people.
- Is highly motivated, energetic and able to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Is technically competent and experienced in online research, including social media.
