The Role

  • Identify and develop key accounts by various methods; sales calls, client visits, referrals, networking and cross selling, ad chasing
  • Negotiate the commercial terms and conditions
  • Build solid relationships with clients to understand the details of hiring needs
  • Develop strategies to recruit the right caliber of candidates for clients with recruiting managers
  • Provide advice to clients on the market place, trends and salary levels
  • Develop an acquisition and retention strategy to establish long term partnerships with clients
  • Participate in the events for candidates or clients, and local PR activities
  • Develop the business relationships with relevant professional organizations

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in sales (hunter role)
  • Excellent business development skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
