Global Offerings & Quality Manager (f/m/d)

Full or part time (at least 30 hours per week)

Do you love challenges?

Be part of a global team of within the Global Field Consulting unit, operating in a matrix organization across local and regional business units.

The team will be responsible for our Portfolio Elements and Services offered from our Shoring Centres. This includes the existing portfolio and the development of future offerings.

Your main tasks will include:

■ Extension of current portfolio elements and offerings, together with the shoring countries and local organisations using shoring services

■ Development of scalable and easy to sell Service Packages

■ Quality assurance of package implementations to support scalability in countries

■ Coordination of stakeholder and sponsor communications globally

■ Manage offering roadmap and facilitate cross-discipline deployment – e.g. Sales and Consulting Management

■ Develop a strategic vision for future development and standardization

■ Setup quality assurance process and regularly execute to ensure quality across all offerings

■ Establish and prepare business drivers, ROI, key performance metrics & cost benefit analysis for the different services and packages

 

Convince us with your potential!

■ Proven experience (4-8 years) in related roles

■ Multiyear experience in SAP consulting

■ Excellent project management, planning and execution skills incl. SAP methodologies

■ Experienced in working in multi-cultural and multi-discipline organization

■ Team player who brings a sense of positive energy and the ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional partners across the organization

■ Ability to work independently and across multiple topics

■ Fluent in English orally and in writing, German and other languages are a benefit
