Job description:

- To provide technical support in both a proactive and reactive manner, ensuring systems are stable and performing within the terms of their respective Service Level Agreements.

- To design and implement new server or storage infrastructure, as well as provide day-to-day monitoring, capacity planning and management of the existing estate.

- Servers and storage systems: configuration, testing, maintenance, and technical support.

- Design and deployment of complex IT systems

- Customer technical support & sales

- Deliver 3rd line technical support activities for our Storage infrastructures.

- Installation, configuration, break and fix: servers, storage, specialized backup alliances (DD, StoreOnce)

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years in a similar role which helped you develop excellent knowledge of storage area networks (SAN) and network attached storage (NAS) 
• Working before with one of following technologies is a must, knowledge of other technologies is considered a plus: datacenter infrastructure (HPE, DellEMC, Cisco and Lenovo)
• Management tools specific to hardware manufacturers
• Hyperconvergent solutions
• Essential networking knowledge
• VMware – it`s a plus if it is VCP
• Excellent English skills - both written and spoken
• Previous experience with any of the following is an appreciated plus: windows server and services (DNS, DHCP, AD)
• You are preoccupied by your own development and the one of the environments you are part of, wanting to have a positive impact on customers and the business.
