You will cooperate with a team of specialists in healthcare, secure facilities, retail, manufacturing and hospitality to improve our customers ERP solutions to help them provide best quality services for their customers and work with a team of professionals from BRINEL on Microsoft Dynamics technology.

You should do great at this job if you have experience with:

· Min 5 years experience in a similar job

· Can demonstrate previous experience in managing a Dynamics AX, Business Central or D365 for Finance and Operations project

· Proficiency in English in written and speaking

· Experience in managing International Projects and multicultural teams

· Good communicator, self-motivated, resilient, problem solver

· Strong customer mindset with "can-do" attitude

· Capability to see the projects as a whole and to deeply understand the impact of his/her own work

· Ability to see beyond his own role and to be able to set the right level of expectations

· Ability to receive and give feed-back in the best interest of both personal, team and projects growth

Part of your responsibilities:

· Overseeing and managing the ERP Implementation from contract sign to Post Go-Live

· Being responsible for allocating the correct resources to each project and requesting additional external support when required

· Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques

· Speaking with key stakeholders for the clients, managing expectation

· Regularly liaising with Technical Lead, Solution Architect and Functional Consultants to ensure an efficient and transparent collaboration throughout the implementation

· Daily stand-ups

· Being able to manage multiple projects and different stages in their life-cycle when required to do so
