WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Relevant expertise in Angular 8, Cypress, TypeScript, REST, Node JS
  • Experience with the Microsoft Technology Stack: .NET, C#, Web Api or with Java 8 is an advantage
  • Experience with MongoDB / MS SQL / Oracle is an advantage
  • Experience with version control (TFS, GIT)
  • Experience with service-oriented, multi-tier Architecture and implementation of scalable, high-performing applications.
  • Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Leverage experience and judgment to resolve technical issues and to plan and accomplish goals related to the overall success of the projects and apply a wide degree of creativity and latitude in disseminating tasks to team for execution
  • Use established technologies and guidelines including but not limited to latest versions of Angular Design, code, and test software applications
  • Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement
  • Investigate and stay up to date with new technologies
  • Have the ability to work with diverse, integrated, deliverable-driven teams to accomplish the larger mission
  • Participates in active manner to all application’s life cycle following the project development methodology
  • Communicate efficient with the team and project manager/delivery manager upon the tasks
  • Have the ability to work independently and on multiple tasks/initiatives
  • Commitment to high quality and good practices and standards, including object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns, code refactoring and documentation
  • Strong critical thinking, systems analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new concepts/technologies


WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing great quality code
  • The Frontend Developer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of applications, solutions, and capabilities for clients and is involved in requirements analysis and estimations, design, implementation, and solution deployment
  • Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
  • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
  • Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it
  • Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
  • Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
  • Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
  • Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
  • Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations
  • Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
