• criminal record not older than 6 months from (legally translated into Romanian);

• good communication skills and clarity of expression;
• relevant studies, minimum baccalaureate diploma;

• another foreign language (intermediate level) may be an advantage;
• driving license cat. B can be an advantage;

Job description

What will be your role in this job?

• Check in passengers and/or their luggage:
• check passenger reservations and travel documents,
• allocate seats to passengers taking into account pre-booked seats, weigh passengers' baggage/baggage and enter the data into the computerized system required by the company served;
• make sure that baggage dimensions and weights are within the limits required by the airline and that hold baggage is correctly labeled;
• direct passengers to the boarding gate assigned to the flight;
• make sure that baggage is sent to the baggage belt;
• identify passengers requiring special assistance and provide the services they need;
• board passengers: check boarding cards and documents required for the flight,
• ensure confidentiality of all information, etc.
