We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounting Outsourcing Services team:
Requirements:
- With 1-2 years working experience in accounting
- Graduate in Accounting, Audit, Economics or other relevant areas
- Good analytic and numeric skills
- Good planning skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English/ French/ German
- SAP – FI module experience is a plus
- Willing to continuously improve their knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Performing the primary accountancy
- Registering in the accounting system all the documents received from our clients
- Checking the accuracy of the registration performed
- Issuing the invoices on behalf of our clients
- Performing the on-line payments on behalf of our clients
- Drafting the monthly balance sheet and the reports required
- Drafting and uploading the fiscal declaration
