FRONTEND SOFTWARE ENGINEER
On-site the first year, then Hybrid position (Remote work max. 3 days/week)

GOAL: We are looking to take our software engineering team efforts to the next level regarding frontend & UI/UX in 2022. This is an on-site work position in A Coruña for the first year, then we consider moving to hybrid (flexible up to 40% remote).
Experience in development and/or studies in Computer Science is a requisite. There is the possibility to switch to back-end tasks after an initial period, if this is something the candidate wants. Incorporation date: decision March-April. Ideal Incorporation March-May.
COMPANY CONTEXT: In 2020 & 2021, even with Covid, we have grown our product revenue
considerably, and most importantly, we have expanded our product portfolio and are ready to take it one step further.
This is a rare opportunity for a Front-end & UI/UX position in a product-oriented deep tech startup where UI & the design of better interfaces and experiences is a fundamental part of the core product, and of the future products that we will build on top of our tech.
We are looking for someone motivated to get his/her hands dirty in the frontend side, with lots of room for career development regarding web development and data visualization. We will provide training as well (although is not the core of your job position) for machine learning, natural language processing, data & text mining, and in general any and all aspects of search technologies.
We want you to be able to start small, take care of your own tasks, set your own milestones and objectives and be resourceful. We do not expect you to know it all, and have done or tried it all before, that is why you will have the help and support from our engineering team and our CTO. We want you to be ready to end up being autonomous and be a key resource when it comes to front-end & UI tasks in our products.
