Lansweeper is looking for a driven AI Research Engineer to strengthen its research team. It is through research that we try to stay on top of new innovations to use in our future products. As an AI Research Engineer at Lansweeper, your main goal will be to set up demonstrations or proof of concepts for novel software components, protocols or algorithms. You will also contribute by conducting market research and by validating ideas or concepts that will become the next generation of features.

A day in the life of

• You will join the research team that investigates how to leverage new technologies, frameworks and algorithms to further enhance the Lansweeper software.
• You will work using an agile approach where you iterate over experiments to validate new ideas and techniques.
• You actively contribute to the team with your market research, overall resourcefulness towards software development expertise.
• You participate in research projects with both internal and external innovation/academic organizations or consortia.
• You participate in the preparation & execution of quantitative marketing research studies to optimize innovation potential.
• You analyze study results and translate research data to prepare draft ideas, concepts, proposals and presentations.
• You advise and participate in the development of solutions for research, proof of concepts and valorisation projects.
• You will analyse and categorise the behaviour of IOT's for different stakeholders.
• You thrive from the prospect of being able to theory into practice.

• Degree in computer sciences, software, ICT, AI, or similar, with relative work experience in professional software development.

• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Creative mentality.
