Given the current situation in Ukraine, we as the Hirslanden hospitals in Zurich would like to enable our professional colleagues to work in the healthcare sector under our "Fit for Hirslanden Ukraine" project. We hope that you will quickly gain a foothold in Zurich and learn German at the same time. You are warmly welcome.
Procedure
- In the first few weeks, you will have the opportunity to learn the basics of the German language in an external full-time language course.
- Already during the time of attending the full-time language course, you will receive market-oriented financial remuneration.
- After the intensive language course, you will continue to attend German classes for 50% of the time while starting 50% of your work in nursing or radiology.
- In the first few months, you will be individually assisted by an experienced colleague.
- After approx. nine months you will obtain the B2 diploma in German. At this point, the target is for you to be able to carry out nursing or radiology tasks as independently as possible, and we will assist you in getting your foreign diplomas recognised by the SRK.
- Important: should you decide to return to your home country Ukraine, you can do so at any time without any financial obligation.
Your profile
- Completed training in nursing, radiology, intensive care or other medical field
- B1 diploma in English
- Pleasure in dealing with people, interest in implementing the care process
- You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team and appreciate friendly and valuable cooperation
- Excellent social skills and customer focus
