A Ukrainian branch office of the leading South Korean steel trading company, temporarily relocated to Bucharest, is looking for a candidate to fill in a position of Assistant to Export Sales Manager. FLUENT ENGLISH and GOOD MATHS SKILLS/LOGICAL THINKING are a must for this job! The job is an 8-hour office job - you should be ready to work in the office for 8 hours!

Requirements:

- higher education / graduating student (no working experience needed - we will teach you from scratch!)

- fluent Ukrainian / Russian 

- English: upper intermediate / advanced (you have to be able to communicate FREELY with the head office/customers in writing and orally). Beginner level is not suitable

- PC-user | Word, Excel basic skills

- good Maths and analytical skills: you will be dealing with various tables and calculations. If you are quite weak at Maths/memorizing things, this job is not suitable for you

- knowledge of another foreign language (ROMANIAN, KOREAN, SPANISH, FRENCH, or ITALIAN) will be a big plus but not a must

- responsible, accurate with figures, open-minded, team player and pleasant communicator, emotionally stable and calm

- ready to travel once per quarter to CIS countries and Eastern Europe (one-week business trips)

About the position:

- office hours: 08:30~17:30 | Sector 2 | within a walking distance from Piata Unirii/Romana

- local and CIS business trips once per quarter

- jobs to do: assistance to Senior Manager, communication with existing and target customers (sales), preparation of various price calculations, reports and export shipping documents, market development in Romania, Eastern Europe and CIS area, search for new customers

(!) This job involes dealing with various import-export documents, preparation of reports, tables and calculations as well as continuous self-study process, and would be suitable for a person who enjoys office work

Internship period (on paid basis - 700 EUR/month):

• max. 6 months | monthly evaluation (you will have to prepare a presentation in English on the given topic related to the company's business field)
• no vacation is provided within the internship period. You will be able to enjoy a 3-week vacation after the internship period
• successful candidates will have an opportunity to move to our branches in Seoul/Korea and Madrid/Spain

Salary after intership period expiration: 800~1000 EUR/month + annual bonus (based on sales performance of the team). Salary is increased every year based on the Korean salary system logic.

(!) Accomodation in Bucharest:

for citizens of Ukraine/other countries without permanent living place the company will cover the apartment rent+utilities in Bucharest.
