Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time highly skilled and motivated Engineering Specialist who is a Ukraine refugee with a master’s degree in engineering to join our team in the United States. As an Engineering Specialist, you will contribute to our organization's engineering projects, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to drive innovation and contribute to the growth of our company. Responsibilities:

1.    Provide technical expertise and support to engineering projects, ensuring adherence to engineering principles, standards, and best practices.

2.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engineering solutions that meet project requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards.

3.    Conduct research, analyze data, and evaluate project feasibility, recommending design modifications or improvements as necessary.

4.    Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

5.    Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to validate and optimize designs.

6.    Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

7.    Assist in the procurement of equipment, materials, and services required for engineering projects.

8.    Conduct quality control inspections, tests, and evaluations to verify compliance with specifications and standards.

9.    Stay updated with the latest developments in engineering technology, methodologies, and industry trends.

10. Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

11. Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

1.    Master’s degree in engineering (any specialization) from an accredited university in United States.

2.    Previous work experience in engineering, preferably in a relevant industry.

3.    Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and design standards.

4.    Proficiency in engineering software tools and applications.

5.    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6.    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

7.    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8.    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

9.    Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

10. Legal right to work in the United States as a Ukraine refugee.
