MISSION
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, Site Manager:
• Track the production of Ads in the Supplement in the Official Journal for a specific language group
• Customer relationship: the coordinator responds to any incident that occurred during the ad production, which cannot be resolved by the operator (alternative production scenario, discrepancies, errors, delay ...) and communicates with the customer by email about these issues.
• Manage deadlines: Ads are subject to deadlines. The programmer is expected to ensure that these are followed.
• Leads a group of independent professionals who process XML (Analysis, Control) documents in a set of European languages:

• Reports and transmits Quality Manager any relevant information or alerts.

• Manages the production of services in accordance with the requirements of the contract in terms of quality and deadlines
• Determines the increase in production in Eastern Europe (Freelancers) or in Madagascar in terms of reading and coding XML documents in its language group.
• Manages existing production reports in its language group.
• Performs project-related tasks (Pre-reading, analysis) to manage peak production
• Processes alternative scenarios during production, in constant communication with the customer by email.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve issues or improve the system
Team management:
• Ensures the availability of resources in the language group
• Takes care of the administrative part of the relationship with freelancers (tracking cadences, billing, etc.) and, if necessary, provides training to increase the team or replace members
Quality management
• Ensures compliance with relevant customer documentation (production rules)
• Ensures that internal quality procedures are followed

PROFILE AND KEY COMPETENCES
Initial Training:
Bachelor's or master's degree in foreign languages, humanities or experience in customer relationship management or production flows.

2 - Languages
The programmer must have an advanced level of knowledge of Spanish

Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In the event that the contract requires it, the programmer may be asked periodically (once a week) to ensure the shift from 10:00 to 19:00 (exceptional case).
Job type: full time, hybrid system with a maximum of 3 days / week at the office, fixed-term contract, 2 years with the possibility of extension depending on the evolution of the projects.
Steps: 1. Written testing for English and Spanish level.
2. Oral test for English and Spanish level. If a candidate is found, the French language will also be tested orally.
