Missions: ERP implementation: a new ERP (MS Dynamics 365) is currently being deployed within the group, the person is expected to be actively involved as a local point of contact and provide active support to the French project team during the ramp up phase.
Administrative and accounting management of Jouve Romania:
- Bookkeeping
- Preparation of accounting, legal and tax documents
- Relations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Administrative follow-up of staff (entry-exit, vacation planning, etc.)
- Point of contact with CPA firm and management control in France.
Operations support:
- Creation and monitoring of projects in the ERP
- Verification and validation of monthly timesheets with production and project managers
- Assistance in the preparation of provisional budgets
Required qualities:
Diploma: Degree in Accounting
Minimum 2 years of experience
Autonomous with a sense of initiative and anticipation.
Dynamic and knowing how to work in an emergency, she/he also has good interpersonal skills (both employees and suppliers are in regular contact with her/him).
Rigorous, multidisciplinary spirit
Organized working method. Spreadsheets and word processors hold no secrets for her/him.
Good communication in French, written and spoken.
Good command of computer tools (word processing and spreadsheet)
Discretion, sense of confidentiality.
Ideally an Experience with Microsoft D365 or Microsoft AX
