Due to the team expansion, we are looking for professionals to join the technical support department:
Requirements:
- high communication skills: ability to confidently and clearly present technical information to non-technical users;
- knowledge of Spanish at the level of C1 (Advanced) and English preferably B2 (Upper-Intermediate);
- customer focus, ability to find a common language with different types of people;
- confident PC user;
- desire to learn and master new things;
- ability to work in a team;
- experience in the field of technical support is not required, but will be a plus!
Responsibilities:
- advising clients, providing general information about services, settings, cost of services;
- solve minor problems - incorrectly filled in data, problems with configuration or access;
- provide support of requests via chat, phone calls, emails and processing of applications on the website.
