International Fintech Business (IFB) is an international consulting company. We accompany fintech entrepreneurs at all stages of their journey: from registration and licensing to starting a business or getting their first clients.
We are currently looking for a motivated and talented sales manager for our legal services. The main tasks are related to the full sales cycle: attending intro calls and qualifying leads, offers' preparation and pitching. In addition, your primary responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, and managing accounts of the clients.
We are looking for a colleague who will help us to sell our fintech products and attract new agents and clients!
Responsibilities:
- Finding, organising and conducting negotiations with existing and potential clients
- Closing of transactions, formation of commercial proposals, formation of contracts and accounts
- Offering professional consultations and guidance on a wide range of international law matters
- Establishment of legal entities, obtaining licences, legal support for opening representative offices worldwide
- Providing support to non-resident companies and ensuring their compliance with legal requirements
- Preparing documents of the company for KYC procedures
- Keeping up-to-date with foreign legislation and monitoring any changes or updates
- working with foreign jurisdictions and banks
- Development of new directions and solutions for clients
- Registration and support of non-resident companies
- Support in opening bank accounts abroad, EMI, PSP
- Conducting business correspondence and communicating with international lawyers, bankers and partners
- Completion of the compliance process with counterparties and banks
- Obtaining new FinTech licences from top regulators with different geographies and working with existing ones
- Display the results of work in CRM and reports

Requirements:
- Only considering candidates available for full-time employment
- Incomplete higher education or higher education in a relevant field
- Proficiency in English (at least upper intermediate level) is mandatory. Knowledge of a second foreign language is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of international law, corporate law, and corporate finance law
- Proven experience in developing and implementing international financial legal schemes and working with international contracts
- Preferred experience in creating and supporting foreign companies
- Familiarity with contract drafting and their legal analysis is desirable
