Desired Candidate
· Senior Engineer with experience in the field of Nuclear Decommissioning or Radioactive Waste Management to develop international engineering projects.
Main Duties
· Defining appropriate radioactive waste management and decommissioning strategies.
· Develop conceptual, basic or detailed engineering studies and projects related to decommissioning of nuclear power plants, waste management facilities, design modifications, etc.
· Drafting technical specifications for the execution of clean-up and decommissioning activities.
· Planification of radiological characterization of nuclear facilities.
· Tender comparison reports for the selection of contractors.
Requisites
· Degree in Industrial/Nuclear Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
· Extensive knowledge of the nuclear industry having worked in the fields of Decommissioning, Waste Management or Spent Nuclear Fuel.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience.
· Membership of institutions or relevant professional entities would be an asset.
