Job Description The Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating goods operations in the warehouse they manage: receiving, storing goods in optimal conditions, and preparing deliveries. They ensure inventory management activities for goods in the warehouse according to current standards and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the FIFO system (First In, First Out) and report best-before dates.
• Train subordinates, aiming to develop their skills and also correct/improve weaknesses (in collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor).
• Verify all invoices and shipping notices based on which goods are released.
• Verify the goods prepared by handlers and forklift operators before releasing them.
• Ensure the correct palletizing of goods for delivery to avoid damage during transport.
• Ensure that trucks are sealed in their presence and maintain a clear record of these actions.
• Distribute orders to pickers (warehouse handlers).

Work Schedule – Monday to Friday, 2 shifts: 06:00-14:00; 12:00-20:00.

Salary Package & Benefits:

• Gross monthly salary: 4909 RON, equivalent to a net monthly salary of 2900 RON.
• Monthly bonus: 300 RON for achieving 100% of the established performance objectives.
