What will your responsibilities be?
▶️ Developing the client portfolio in the designated territory. You will frequently travel to several cities in Romania.
▶️ Developing and supporting ghd partners in their purchasing decisions and providing post-sales services, with a strong focus on increasing direct sales.
▶️ Post-sales support.
▶️ Strengthening relationships with key existing clients, aiming to develop long-term loyalty.
▶️ Maintaining contact with potential clients.
▶️ Developing innovative strategies to overcome market challenges and boost sales.
▶️ Meeting sales targets and increasing sales volume in the assigned area.
▶️ Monitoring the market, analyzing the competition, and reporting sales performance to management.
Job Requirements
What are we looking for in you?
✅ Experience in sales – ideally in similar industries.
✅ Communication and persuasion skills – feeling comfortable interacting with different types of people.
✅ Flexibility and autonomy – being great at handling travel and knowing how to stay organized.
✅ Willingness to travel frequently – you’ll have an extended client route.
✅ Category B driver’s license – you’ll have a company car.
✅ Enthusiasm for the beauty industry – a plus that will help you connect with our clients.
