Job Description
Main Objective:
To ensure the constant availability, visibility, and accurate display of the CLIENT’S products in-store, maintaining high standards of shelf organization and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous stocking of shelves with all CLIENT products available in the store’s warehouse.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations and build strong relationships with customers.
- Check product arrangement on shelves to ensure proper presentation. In case of issues, report first to the department supervisor, then to the direct manager.
- Verify product expiration dates and organize shelf placement according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
- Perform daily checks to ensure that every product has the correct price label, maintaining consistency between the shelf price and the store's pricing system.
- Report to the direct manager regarding product assortment developments and pricing of similar competitor products.
- Maintain constant communication with the direct manager to ensure continuous product supply, avoiding both stockouts and overstock situations.
Job Requirements
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
